Model M-16PW, thanks to its high arc ignition voltage – 65 V, allows you to work with materials: steel, stainless steel, cast iron. Using the arc force regulator (at minimum values), you can perform precise welding of metals with a thickness of 1.2-1.5 mm without burning, and when you set the function to high values, the metal will heat up faster and deeper, which makes the connection more durable. This function also stabilizes the welding arc, which is especially useful when working with refractory electrodes. The device operates stably even when the network drops to 160 V thanks to a capacious surge filter and powerful capacitors. Fluctuations and long-term decrease in voltage in the network do not affect the quality of the weld and the maximum thickness of penetration/cutting of metal. The SAB-15DX board is treated with a compound, thanks to which the device is protected from dust, moisture and condensation. Thanks to this, it can be used on sites and in rooms with a high level of dust in various temperature conditions (from -10°C to +50°C).
