High performance and effective cooling Thanks to the use of IGBT technology, the efficiency of the device is as high as 60%. Built-in automatic functions to make your work easier HOT START, commonly known as hot start, enables the welding current to be temporarily increased above the value set by the welder. HOT START works when the arc is struck and is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material. It is a great help when lighting the electrode. ANTI STICK cuts / minimizes the welding voltage and current in the event of a short-circuit between the electrode and the material being welded. ANTI STICK allows the welder to detach the electrode more easily. ARC FORCE stabilizes the arch regardless of its length. By decreasing the function values, it gives a soft arc and a smaller penetration depth, while increasing the function values causes deeper penetration and the possibility of short arc welding. At the highest value for the A RC FORCE function, it is possible to push the electrode into the molten metal pool and burn through the material. This model has automatic ARC FORC E control. Additional work comfort and advantages are provided by: Synergic MIG mode – a function that allows you to set two and four-latch. Inductance regulation – which allows to reduce the amount of heat introduced into the place of welding. In this way, deformation of the sheet metal and damage to the protective zinc layer can be avoided. This option is useful during braze welding. The function of selecting the type of material to be welded, which in synergic mode will select the appropriate welding parameters to facilitate its performance. BURNBACK adjustment – a function that prevents the electrode wire from sticking to the contact tip by temporarily ejecting the wire after the welding process is finished. Spot welding function – adjustable. VRD function – voltage reduction system, the task of which is to turn off the power supply within a few milliseconds after the end of welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage at the stick electrode to a safe level.
