This is special design of portable Air Carbon Arc welder. Designed specially used directly from 12V or 24V car and vehicle battery + generator. Perfect durable and affordable back up tool for doing any kind of emergency welding job if you only have the vehicle 12V supply on the field. As we know it is not possible to weld with direct 12V suppy because a correct weilding requires 20-22V arc voltage which makes the direct 12V welding impossible. This unit uses high frequency high power DC-DC converter technology to convert the regular onboard 12V voltage to the standart 20-22V welding voltage. It generates the same output as a general industrial weldig machine has. Because of the high output power a high capacity car battery + idle state vehicle engine (running generator) is strongly recommended for maximal power. Connecting the unit to the car is fairly easy connecting the input terminal directly to the car battery just like a jump starting procedure. Input voltage: 12V or 24V. Output current: 20-120A (digitaly adjustbale). Non load output voltage: 40V. Weldign output voltage: 20-22V (depending on the welding current). 2 x high current welder connector for battery +/- connection. 2 x high current welder connector for the output ground and working cable.
